Please note: some of our products with button holes and belt buckles will come non pre-cut so that you can cut them to your required size.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, there must be a fault with an item you have received from us. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you to send a clear picture of the fault of the item and the package it was received in; we also require a receipt of proof of purchase, if you are unable to do so, we will not be able to process your return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For payments made with Paypal refunds after 45 days from the purchase date may incur Paypal fees which we do not have control over and which we can not reimburse.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to the busy Christmas season we expect slight delays with our shipping services. We aim to get your orders out as soon as possible so we appreciate your patience with slightly longer shipping durations at this time of year.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
This rate is for all orders and all countries regardless of the size of order! This amount will be added to you order once you have reached the final stage of checkout.
Please note, in addition to the shipping time is the processing time. Processing of your order can take between 1 to 7 days. Each product has different processing times due to different warehouses where the items are stocked.
Delays: there may be custom checks out of our control that could possibly increase the overall shipping time; we will do our best to keep you informed with any shipping delays.
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us and a payment receipt via Paypal. Once your item is shipped, you will receive another email from Paypal which will provide you with information on how you can track the status of your order. The time your item is dispatched will vary depending on the product you purchase.

A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- Multiple Items
When you order multiple items, you may receive each product at a different time. Many of our products are sourced from different warehouses and are shipped separately, so your full order may not always be delivered together.
Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
Although we use reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

You can find out if we deliver to your country by referring to our list of international countries we deliver to. If your country is not on our list we apologise but we cannot deliver to you at the moment.
