HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY ADDRESS?

We've made it easy! All deliveries to any destination cost $10

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF MY ITEMS, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

When you order multiple items, you may receive each product at a different time. Many of our products are sourced from different warehouses and are shipped separately.

You can track the status of the delivery once we send you an email from the shipping company.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Average delivery time is 7 - 25 days.

Please note, in addition to the shipping time is the processing time. Processing of your order can take between 1 to 7 days. Each product has different processing times due to different warehouses where the items are stocked.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you make an order we start the processing of your order at our warehouse immediately, for this reason it is not in all cases where we can cancel orders. You can request a cancellation 30 minutes after your order has been placed, we will then inform you if it has been possible, otherwise your order will be fulfilled as normal, so please check your cart carefully before checking out.

I DON'T HAVE USD AS MY CURRENCY, HOW DO I PAY?

All orders are made in US Dollars, but you can use the currency changer at the top of the page to view the price in other currencies. Once you reach the payment page paypal will handle the currency conversion from whatever currency you hold.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT CAN I STILL ORDER?

Yes you can. You do not need a Paypal account to make orders! Once you reach the paypal page, you can chose the option to check out as a guest.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

WHY WAS MY ORDER REFUNDED?

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. outfitmade.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some cases where this may occur will be the following:

- First time buyers spending over a certain amount

- Orders that have 'unconfirmed address' stated on their Paypal receipt

In these cases we have no control how Paypal states your address, so you may want to contact them directly to gain a 'confirmed address' status.

- No response after being sent an email to request your order confirmation

I PROVIDED TWO ADDRESSES, CAN I CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU SHIP TO?

If you have provided two different addresses, for security reasons the address we will ship to will be the one which you provide whilst making your payment via Paypal.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We are unable to change shipping addresses. The address you provide whilst making the payment on Paypal is the address we will ship to. As the payment is made securely via Paypal we ensure the package is sent to the address on the receipt for security reasons.

CAN I MODEL FOR OUTFIT MADE?

Yes anyone can apply for becoming an Outfit Made model.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Outfit Made Orders are shipped with a variety of different courier services. Depending on your country we use a range of shipping services from your local post office to expedited shipping services. Currently customers can not request specific courier requests for orders.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

HOW CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE DETAILS?

Once you make an order you will receive two emails.

  1. Order confirmation email (Contains your order number, please refer to this email when making order enquiries)
  2. A Digital receipt via PayPal (Contains a copy of your order and payment information)

Please ensure you check your junk mail after ordering in case a message ends up there.

You can also add service@outfitmade.com to your email contacts to ensure you always get our emails.

THE RECEIPT DELIVERED WITH MY ITEM IS NOT THE SAME AS MY PAYPAL RECEIPT?

The information on your receipt may be different to your digital receipt as in order to keep a flat rate of $10 delivery some items are priced to accommodate delivery to any destination. So please refer to your order confirmation emails.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Every item is hand packaged with love and care but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, you may be eligible for a return. Returns for refunds or exchanges are only applicable if there is a fault with an item you have received from us. See: Returns

We do not accept returns for items that are the wrong size or for change of mind, so please make sure you check the item size measurements before making a purchase.

Our products are produced in either Korea, China or the USA.

Outfit Made is a UK based global company with warehouses in both the USA & China.
