Once you make an order you will receive two emails.
- Order confirmation email (Contains your order number, please refer to this email when making order enquiries)
- A Digital receipt via PayPal (Contains a copy of your order and payment information)
Please ensure you check your junk mail after ordering in case a message ends up there.
You can also add service@outfitmade.com to your email contacts to ensure you always get our emails.
Tracking your order with the shipping company
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a second email via Paypal which will show you the tracking number and the name of the shipping company that is delivering your item.
Simply copy and paste the tracking number into the shipping company’s website tracking system.
Please note most of our items are sent with tracking on delivery, with the exception of some items. So it can be helpful to refer to the delivery guideline on the item to know when to expect a delivery.
